Almond Butter & Flaxseed Cookies

This recipe is simple and nutritious and lasts for up to 10 days. It is gluten-free, high in fibre and refined sugar-free.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup seed or nut butter of your choice
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup ground flaxseeed

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients together until well blended
  • Roll into 20 (1-inch) balls. I prefer to use a small ice cream scoop that has a release button
  • Place on an oiled baking sheet
  • Flatten with the tines of a fork
  • Bake at 325℃ for 10 minutes
