Sunflower Seed Butter
Sunflower seed butter is a great nut-free option and is a delicious spread on toast or in sandwiches. Easy to make and more economical than buying it in the store.
- 2 cups raw sunflower seeds
- pinch salt
- Roast sunflower seeds on a lined baking tray for 15 minutes at 350°
- Allow seeds to cool and transfer to a blender/processor
- Add a pinch of salt
- Blend until a smooth consistency
