Dr. Lisa works with patients to create a health plan that combines evidenced based medicine with natural therapies. She has a passion for nature and the outdoors, and encourages her patients to connect more deeply with the natural world. Her motto is "Simply Healthy, Simply Strong". She treats people of all walks of life, and has a special interest in women's health concerns. Anxiety and stress management are her two main areas of expertise. She is a certified Qigong practitioner, and incorporates mindful movement and other mindfulness exercises in her practice.
She offers one-on-one care and a variety of virtual/in-person programs. In addition, she facilitates single/multi-day nature retreats. In her free time, she engages in her multitude of passions, including: cycling, camping, paddling, gardening, art, and her lovely dog, Cedar. Lisa wants to share both her passions and expertise with others, which is why she is a Naturopathic practitioner leading others towards health and confidence through alternative approaches in nature and the outdoors.
