Janice Webber is a traditionally trained, registered physiotherapist with over 30 years of clinical experience. She has worked in the field of chronic pain for the majority of her clinical practice. She has added manual therapies as well as non-traditional methods such as: acupuncture, intramuscular stimulation (IMS), manual therapy including fascial techniques, to better serve her clients.
Over the last 25 years, Janice has worked in the field of pelvic floor physiotherapy to assist women with urinary stress incontinence, urge incontinence, pelvic pain, and nocturia. She added assessment and fitting of pessaries to assist women with prolapse and has developed a program of exercises to assist with prolapse issues. She also works with women for pre and postnatal care.
Janice uses Tai Chi in her exercise programs as well as exercises from Bonefit.
