Established in 2012, Proactive Pelvic Health Centre is the first private integrative pelvic health rehabilitation clinic in Toronto. We assist all genders, of all ages and stages, with pelvic health issues such as pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse, pre/postnatal concerns and other conditions listed below. Our mission is simple: to improve the quality of life of the individuals we treat with professional, confidential, safe and compassionate care.
As healthcare professionals passionate about pelvic health, we actively involve our clients so that each individual’s treatment goals are addressed. Clients will be able to access and work with our multi-disciplinary team who will implement evidence informed pelvic health care administered in a biopsychosocial model. This model effectively addresses physical, emotional, relational and/or psychological factors that may contribute to your symptoms.
