Traditional Overnight Oats
Easy to make and so many ways to dress it up!
- 1.5 cups rolled oats (large flakes or small)
- 3/4 cup milk/dairy free milk of your choice (oat or almond)
- 1/2 cup nut or seed butter
- sea salt optional
- Add all ingredients in the order listed to a mason jar, shake and soak overnight
Lasts 5 days refrigerated
