boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
2
eggs
flour of your choice
corn flake cereal
Instructions
Prepare three plates or bowls, a) one with two whisked eggs, b) 1 cup of flour, 3) slightly crushed Corn Flake cereal
Dip the chicken strip in the egg, dust lightly with flour and then the Corn Flake cereal
Bake at 400° for approx. 20 minutes. Flip halfway
Enjoy with your favourite dip
