Ingredients

portobello mushroom caps (2/burger)
olive oil
spice/herbs (tarragon, sesame seeds)
cheese slices of your choice
optional
Instructions
Grill/BBQ mushroom caps for approx. 10 minutes (flip halfway)
Add two cheese slices in between two mushroom caps, like a burger (optional)
Enjoy as is or add a bun of your choice
Notes
Substitute the cheese for tahini or cashew cheese for extra flavour and substance.
