Mushroom Burgers

When you want a meatless dinner, mushroom burgers for the win!

Ingredients
  

  • 4-8 portobello mushroom caps (2/burger)
  • olive oil
  • spice/herbs (tarragon, sesame seeds)
  • cheese slices of your choice optional

Instructions
 

  • Grill/BBQ mushroom caps for approx. 10 minutes (flip halfway)
  • Add two cheese slices in between two mushroom caps, like a burger (optional)
  • Enjoy as is or add a bun of your choice

Notes

Substitute the cheese for tahini or cashew cheese for extra flavour and substance.
