The Greenia Colada

A great way to get more greens into your diet first thing in the morning (or whenever you feel like a smoothie)!
Course Breakfast, Drinks, Snack

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1 cup spinach or kale
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp coconut manna, or fresh coconut meat
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup water or ice cubes if you like your smoothies really cold
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
