Kale Salad

Enjoy a colourful salad that is delicious and quick to make!

Course Appetizer, Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 4 leaves red, green or dinosaur kale
  • 1 shredded beet
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 shredded carrot
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds

Instructions
 

  • Chop and toss above ingredients
  • Dress with homemade dressing of your choice such as lemon juice, tahini or olive oil
