Best Ever Chicken Breast

This recipe will not disappoint. Seasoned with fresh herbs and delicious every time.
- 4 6 oz chicken breasts
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- fresh chopped parsley for garnish or dried
Preheat oven to 400° and line a baking tray with parchment paper
Combine the paprika, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper, and olive oil in a large bowl. Place the chicken in the bowl and toss to combine so the chicken is evenly coated with the seasoning
Bake chicken in oven for approx. 18 minutes
Broil on high heat for 3 minutes. Watch carefully to prevent chicken from burning
Garnish chicken with fresh or dried parsley. Optional add-on: toasted pine nuts
