Dice salmon into 1" pieces and add to a food processor
Add the fresh herbs, yogurt, lemon juice, egg, salt, ginger and pepper to the processor
Pulse mixture until mixed well, you still want some texture to the salmon
With your hands, form the mixture into five 1.5" patties
Preheat a grill to medium-high heat
Cook burgers on a piece of aluminum foil, approx 4-5 minutes per side
Alternatively, cook burgers in a nonstick skillet (add 1 tbsp oil) and cook 4-5 minutes per side on medium-high heat
Serve burgers on buns or lettuce
Top with yogurt, sliced avocado and tomato, if desired
